Saturday, September 2nd - Robert interviews Leta Herman, "Rental Life" columnist for Inman News Features.  A regular guest on the show with an interesting perspective on tenant/landlord issues from the point of view of the tenant.  A timely guest as the new national "Rental Forum" column written by Robert Griswold (with attorneys Ted Smith and Steve Kellman) begins this week on Inman News Features (www.inman.com) and will rotate each week with Leta's column.  In the second hour, attorney Erik Basil, the President-elect of the San Diego Chapter of the Community Associations Institute will join Robert.  Erik is an expert in community association law and will offer informative updates that all homeowners and property managers should know.
